Hi:Let me clarify a couple things:The download link you use for JAWS is the same, no matter whether you have the home or the pro version.The license you get from VFO determines which version you have.Even though “direct tandom” is disabled in the home version, you can still use the tandom feature—it just goes through VFO’s servers. The Direct Tandom feature which is disabled by default in the home version is for directly tandoming into a computer on your own network, without any assistance from VFO.Not sure why they do it this way, probably just to have something extra to charge for.The only reason you would need a non-tandom version of JAWS is for certain security concerns, where you would want to make sure your computer could not be accessed, I would imagine. Even with the tandom version, you have to go through a small hoop or so to grant access. Someone is not going to jump on your computer and start using it, just because you have a build of JAWS that supports tandom.Hope this helps.Sent from for Windows 10.
