It took one week and I did NOT pay magicjack $30 like they said I needed to do in order to complete the port.I recommend anyone upset about what MagicJack has done with call forwarding to LEAVE. Go somewhere else. Go to netTALK or GV or Vonage or Ooma or wherever. What MJ did do wrong however, was take something away that is definitely needed for those customers who already use the call forwarding feature. They took no action to get in touch with customers that, should they ever need to shut it off, they would need to do - whatever they decided would make sense. Since then many 'chats' with Magic Jack personnel make clear that their 'chat' dummies are reading off a script and giving absolutely no information except to say call forwarding is being worked on by a 'higher' department. I, for one, use call forwarding in my business and this unexplained bull. has cost me!!!Get rid of Magic Jack.
